Memories of Latin American culture were collected on 24th May 2018 at Pueblito Paisa Cafe, at the Wards Corner Latin Village in Seven Sisters , and on 7th August 2018 at the nearby Zumbale Restaurant and Bar, as part of two Latin American Memory Routes workshops. Participants described their attachment to the market and the importance of expressing their cultural heritage in the everyday life.
