About The People’s Memory Archive
The People’s Memories Archive offers an in-depth examination of people’s connection to their cities and cultural heritage as manifested in their everyday life. It includes memories collected by the artist/researcher Alda Terracciano since 2012 through Memory Sessions with people of different age, class, gender and ethnicity. Together with related artworks, the archive offers a unique insight in the role that sensory experiences and memories of traditions and rituals can play in connecting people across time and space.
